I recently enjoyed a family stay at ULTIQA Beach Haven on Broadbeach, and it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment had a fantastic view and was spacious, providing all the comforts we needed. While the proximity to the beach and park made our experience delightful, a few minor issues with amenities and supplies were a bit of a downside. Still, we had a great time and look forward to returning.

I had a pleasant stay at the resort, especially enjoying the stunning beach views from my renovated apartment on the 11th floor. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues in the bathroom and around the unit which could use attention. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants close by, but not all apartments are renovated or have air conditioning in every room, which could be a downside for some guests.

We had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the views from our apartment were stunning and the spacious layout was enjoyable, the condition of our 'classic' apartment left much to be desired, with worn furnishings and cleanliness issues.
